KEEP IN AUSTIN

Well it took more perseverance than most first time homebuyers can muster but we were able to get one done today. Through the messiest title commitment I have seen in awhile and a seller that forgot he had to move - these two got a little piece of #eastaustin today. Congrats @louhow & @ralliecat

I don't always sell historic Bastrop homes but when I do.... Couldn't resist getting a pitchfork at Callahan's on the way to closing for a little homage to American Gothic It's one of those rare treats in real estate to put your collective heads together and through determination, make it to the closing table. To get to watch a family open the door to their three young children with a "welcome home" is a beautiful thing. @bingerzinger, Sarah, Sammie, Ruth and JoJo - and the @helmboots family it was our greatest pleasure to help you #findyourKEEP #americangothic

What are the odds that you wake up and realize that it has been exactly two years since Ted & Meredith bought this house and today they actually get to move in.... Finally. It will all be worth it.

Delighted to say that we are under contract at this incredible Old West Austin Estate at 1208 Castle Hill. How can we help you sell your central Austin home in 2015?

Lifehack of the day. Oldie but a goodie. Use crummy old plastic hangers to wrap up Christmas lights for next year. Keeps things from getting all tangled up. Plus it's easy to check and make sure they still work next year. Pro tip: use the hangers that have tabs on top to keep them in place. You get to clean out your closet of bad hangers and clean up at the same time.
